In 2005 Sarah was called to make Flower Essences by the plants themselves. This step marked her transition from relating to our plant kin as an 'allopathic herbalist', into a conversation between intelligence in different forms; one human one plant. Over the years Sarah has acquired a useful repertoire, a base in Shamanic oriented education and a healthy dose of humility.

 

The Plant Essences are periodically remade and thus remain current as evolution unfolds, Gem and Crystal essences have been added and investigation continues into the scope of healing effected by essences from a variety of forms within Nature.

 

Traditionally Flower Essences have been used to support healing and ease the 'symptoms' of transformation and growth, however a new relationship with plant intelligence has changed the status of this modality into a cutting edge, stand alone spiritual path and healing journey of its own. While the essences can still be used as an adjunct to ongoing personal work, they shimmer as a unique and entire form of healing that requires nothing else.

 

Plant Spirit consultations can result in the design of a simple regimen or personal formula for the client, based on their needs. They are not limited to Sarah's current collection nor is the client required to use or buy from her repertoire unless they wish to do so.  A collaboratve approach reveals the most realistic and comprehensive protocol for each individual.
